The Chicago Public Library is Celebriting Diversity with Free Programs and Events in October for Polish Heritage Month

9/16/2003 - The Library will present a variety of free programs for adults and children that highlight the accomplishments, contributions, traditions and heritage of Polish Americans. The Calendar of Events at the Chicago Public library locations will include: Folk dance and music, Polish documentary films, Tracing your Polish roots genealogy Polish-American cooking demonstrations, Polish arts and crafts, Children’s programs will include many traditional stories, arts, and craft workshop.
