10/16/2005 - Illinois State Treasurer Judy Baar Topinka welcomed new Consul General of the Republic of Poland Jaroslaw Lasinski and celebrated Polish American Heritage Month during a special ceremony today held at the James R. Thompson Center, Chicago.
