11/26/2005 - (Chicago)- John Cieslik, Illinois State Treasurer Judy Baar Topinka's Director of Economic Development, shared information about small business programs offered by the Treasurer's office during the Polish-American League for Savings Institutions' annual fall luncheon held at the Bohemian Crystal Restaurant in Westmont on Nov. 14.
