Christmas Celebration for Parents and Children with Judy Baar Topinka

12/7/2005 - Illinois State Treasurer Judy Baar Topinka (center) participated in the recent High Risk Gallery Walk-On Art Gallery (located in the Lakeview area in Chicago) Christmas celebration for parents and children. Topinka pictured here was one of the “celebrity” readers. She read Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer to children as they gathered around her. The mission of the High Risk Gallery Walk-On Art Gallery is for guests to see something that one has not seen before, art works that are unique.
