Mission Statement:

The Polish Scholarship Fund, Inc., helps talented students of Polish descent achieve their academic goals by providing them with financial assistance. An all-volunteer, non-profit, tax-exempt 501(c) (3) fundraising organization, the PSF seeks to increase the number and value of its scholarships through organizing public events that promote Polish culture, heritage, history and traditions.

In recent years, we have reached out to the surrounding Syracuse community and to Poles throughout the state. The Polish Festival in Syracuse's Clinton Square has become the largest cultural event in the history of the Polish community in Central New York.

The momentum for this festival continues to grow among more than 700,000 people in greater Syracuse Metropolitan Area. The PSF believes the Polish Festival is the best way to share its culture and heritage in a celebration that both Poles and non-Poles can appreciate. Besides helping fund scholarships, this family-oriented event showcases Polish heritage, culture and the economic potential of the entire Polish community.

Not only do the events organized by Polish Scholarship Fund, Inc., present an excellent opportunity for Polish entertainers, artists, crafters, musicians and dancers to perform in front of a wide audience, but they also create a forum for businesses and organizations to showcase their goods, services and talents.

The Polish Scholarship Fund has established the Polish Festival as an annual celebration of Polish culture and economic potential. Through television, radio, press and print promotion and advertising, we want to spread the good word about the festival, Polish culture and educational opportunities.

We believe that helping Polish students succeed and promoting the Polish culture are worthy goals. Thank you for your support in helping us achieve them.
